Missing or Wrong ADVAPI32.dll Running Windows Me

First it started with message Runtime error 226 in ODBE795F, OD8A6DA3. Now i get the message missing or wrong ADVAPI32.dll and it freezes and I have to shut down and restart. Frist it said export now says import Convert string Security Descriptor to Security Descriptor A error 126. Any help understanding would be nice. Thank You

Yes it would help if I had a little more to go on... Did you do anything like delete files, download and install anything right before this error started? This Windows Me computer is getting old, so anything like hardware problems need to be considered too.

What are the computers specs? Memory, hard drive, CPU?

Haven't been able to get on much working 2 jobs. When I do get on I get runtime error then freeze. Sorry
