i have a CTL 170Lx 17" lcd monitor that the light fashes from yellow to green and back again.
according to the manual it is in power saving mode. but i can't turn on the monitor to fix it.
i unplugged it from the wall power and from the graphics card and it still won't work. i tried my other monitor and it works fine.
