Motherboard & Case LED's blink, but no other sign of life...

I have a newly built PC. I tried powering it on for the first time and nothing happened other than the case LED's and a red light on the motherboard blinking. I am not sure what the issue could be. I have taken the motherboard out of the case, so I know it was in the case properly and not shorting out on any components in there. Any suggestions/ideas?

Here are my specs:

Motherboard - MSI B350m Gaming Pro
CPU - AMD Ryzen 3 1200 3.1GHz Quad-Core
RAM - Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4-2400
GPU - Gigabyte Geforce GTX 1050ti 4GB
PSU - Raidmax Scorpio 535W 80+ Bronze Semi - Modular
*All of those components inside a DIYPC - -DIY BG01 Mid Case

Take your new computer to a computer store, ask them to update your bios to the newest version.
Also about your psu, I will say this once to you, get it replaced with a better quality psu or expect real problems down the road.
