Motorola SURFBoard SB5105 driver problems

Hi, i recently installed Windows XP Pro 64bit, and i can't install drivers for my USB Cable modem. It looks like it's not working with 64bit version of Windows. I tried to search for drivers, but i couldn't find anything on Motorola website. Do you guys know where can i find those drivers, or how can i install these on 64bit Windows?

if you are on a contract with the modem for connection to the internet then they should be able to tell you where, when or how to. Alternately they may choose to send them directly to the modem. The modem sends a individual profile similar to that of a mobile phone when it up-links to the network!
