Mouse Connection Issues While Gaming

Recently, I have upgraded my graphics card from a NVIDIA 1080 Ti to a 3080 Ti. In doing so, I also upgraded my power supply from a Bronze 750W to a Bronze 850W. I've realized that my mouse and sometimes my keyboard will stop working while I game. Could someone explain to me what might be causing this?

Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 3600X 6-Core
Ram: 16 GB
Graphics: NIVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti
Power supply: 850W Bronze

There is a known bug with Ryzen CPU and Agesa that causes USB disconnects.
