Mozilla and IE Browser Hijack

I'm new to the forum but I need some serious help. Almost everytime I do a search on Google and click on a link it redirects me to some bogus site. I have Norton Antivirus, Spybot, Spysweeper, Hijackthis, and I still can't fix my problem.
