MSI's Classic series has expanded today with the introduction of its WindTop AC1900. Dubbed the 'all-in-one for everyone', the new machine is aimed at budget-minded folks looking for a no frills desktop solution -- and that's precisely what the AC1900 delivers. The system carries an 18.5-inch 1366x768 display (no touch support), a dual-core 2.6GHz Intel Celeron E3400 processor, integrated Intel GMA X4500 graphics, 2GB of DDR3 RAM (up to 4GB supported via two slots), and a 320GB hard drive.

Remaining specs include a DVD drive, VGA input, six USB ports, gigabit Ethernet and 802.11n network connectivity, a 4-in-1 card reader, and Windows 7 Home Premium. Given its limited hardware, the new WindTop doesn't push the multimedia angle as most all-in-ones tend to. Instead, it boasts of "unsurpassed instant messaging" and video conferencing courtesy of its built-in microphone, speakers and 1.3-megapixel webcam. MSI hasn't said what the AC1900 will cost or when it'll ship.

meh, Nothing new.

Even if it is "budget minded" aren't companies being a little ridiculous by now at least putting pentium duel cores in their systems? Single core even for the most basic of user is very off putting.

Come on MSI, add $20 and lemme see a duel
