MSI P35 Platinum motherboard problem

hello folks..

my motherboard MSI Platinum has some problems

before everything was fine.. untill My PSU got fried And had to replace it With Cooler Master GX 650w bronze.. but that did fixed the problem

and when it boots up.. iam stuck at this marvell 88se91xx adapter bios version 1.1.0.L69 initilasing something like that..
and it takes about 2 to 3 mins to check my Sata and boots to windows 7 normal screen

is there any process to skip that Marvell checking

Plus
now My 2nd HDD is not even working? with is i guess Cable not SATA.. not booting up.. the disk is working fine in other PC.. but not in This motherboard?

My Specs are
Windows 7 32bit
MSI P32 Platinum socket 775
4GB RAM
GTX 550 Ti Gddr5
creative sound blaster 5.1VX
Coolermaster GX650w Bronze
No DVD"s or Cd-rw connected

Get into the bios and choose "failsafe defaults"... The "Blown" power supply has affected the bios settings, maybe damaging the motherboard

yes it appears the psu shorted out other components aswell

All the other components including the hard drive, CPU, memory and video card should be okay

but my motherboard is working fine and its been 2 months iam using and playing BF3
the only thing iam stuck at that "Marvell 88se91xx adapter bios version 1.1.0.L69 initilasing"

i flashed my bios but still the same problem

Get into the bios and disable the "Marvell 88se91xx adapter. You do not need it enabled
