MSN Money and News not opening within Windows 10

Can no longer open the MSN Money and MSN News tile within Windows 10. Both Tiles appear to be working as they are constantly being updated with new Info, but when you select them nothing comes up and screen just returns to Desktop. It seems as if the full execution is being prevented by something like a Firewall.
Have uninstalled/reinstalled plus run Microsoft App check but all to no effect. Was working fine and has only just happened. Only these tiles giving the problem, all others OK
Has anyone any ideas of what could have gone wrong and how to correct it. Would appreciate any help.

Have tried these but to no avail. Only New and Money tile have the problem, all other appear to work/openh OK, this includes Photos.

Sorry, have tried everything from uninstalling/reinstalling the offending apps plus System Restore to a previous backup; go joy in all cases. Still looking for other methods to try.

Hi Thanks for the update. I'm out of ideas. The Nuclear suggestion would be a reset or refresh.
