Multiple fan hook up problem

Case: diypc skyline -07-b with 7 fans
issue: need diagram or help with connecting all of these, afraid it is creating a dead short and not allowing computer to do anything but blip on and then off. Brand new everything lol....all is seated correctly...standoff are correct etc ad endum ad nauseaum...at wits end.

I suggest attaching one fan at a time to see which one or what configuration is causing the issues.
