My browsers have delays

Hi all,

I was using Win 7 x64 and for modernity's sake migrated to Win 10 x64.
Because of my location, Iran, I must use a VPN in order to connect with the majority of websites.
It was good on Win 7 but now although I use the same VPN and my bandwidth is even higher, when surfing the web by Google Chrome, it shows the pages with a delay (several seconds) showing "connecting" on the left-bottom corner. I tied to test other browsers but the result is almost the same.

I can remember something related to changing the default gateway or like this that I changed on Win 7 then it worked fine but can't recall it accurately right now.
Sometimes I must refresh (F5) the page several times so that it fetches the data and shows the website!

What could be the problem please? and how to solve it please?

Hard code the DNS addresses into your router
  • 1.1.1.1 + 8.8.8.8
  • or
  • 8.8.8.8 + 8.8.4.4
do not use the DHCP provided dns address

also, run your browser(s) without ANY extensions or addons

Thanks.
I removed all extensions.
And here is the DNS server settings you said. Is it correct please?

You've done that correctly. show me the config
  • ipconfig /all >myTcp.txt
then ope myTcp.txt, copy the contents and paste back here as your reply

The above is all correct. Reboot the router, wait 1 minute and then reboot the PC

I did. But unfortunately the problem still exits.
Whatever it is, it is fluctuating. Sometimes the browser reaches the pages well some other times after 5 minutes nothing is up.
How to be sure about Chrome?

You know what? Windows 10 in comparison with Windows 7, is faulty, at least with regard to browsing the Web.
I might get back to win 7.
