My computer keeps crashing

I'm a pensioner,and have a tower p/c running windows XP,for the last 5 days,my computor keeps crashing,and message I get is as follows
BCCcode:c2. BCP1:00000007. BCP2:00000CD4. BcP3:00000138. BcP4:E118B008. OSVer:5_1_2600
SP:3_0. Product 768_1

Am having to post this,using my Grandsons Laptop,as soon as I try to go on the internet,my machine crashes,and the above message comes up,then the machine shuts down,then starts up again.

Any help,would be very much appreciated.
