Win XP sp3 BCCode error

PC was on sleep mode but booted from scratch when I pressed the power button, displaying the following error signature:

BCCode : 9c BCP1 : 00000005 BCP2 : F771B050 BCP3 : B2001210
BCP4 : 20080400 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 3_0 Product : 256_1

Has anyone any idea what it is and how to deal with it??

How old is this computer. The minidump shows a Machine Check Exception... Possible a dying hard drive, or a failing motherboard
