My desktop screen has shifted to the left about 1inch

I have a NOC LCD Monitor model TFT24W8OPS and am running the latest version of Windows.
I have done a system restore which didn't fix the problem.
I have also lost the return to previous page arrow, this all has happened in the last week.
Any help would be appreciated as it is very frustrating.

Move mouse pointer onto blank area of desktop, right click and then click on display settings. Now rummage around checking all the elements - maybe something can correct the 'shift left'.

Also, try to 'grasp' the display by moving mouse to border at top of screen and then holding down the left button. The entire display should move when you do this.

Check your monitor refresh rate and set it accordingly with your graphics card control panel.
