Okay, I completed all the steps! Everything seems to be working very well. Changed all my passwords, etc, no more hijacking, no trojans or anything suspicious in subsequent scans.

Thank you SO much for all of your help! McAfee expired and I let a couple of weeks go by before I downloaded any virus protection... I have learned my lesson! I greatly appreciate you taking the time to help me save my computer!
