My Hp Desktop goes into sleepmode before it is completely turned on. This is the 3rd time this has happened...first 2 times I brought it in to be worked on and all they tell me is it was a virus, but I have a virus protection software on it...any help will be much appreciated ...Thanks in advance for your help.

Just because you have an antivirus program installed, doesn't mean you don't have a malware infection on this desktop. Run it, if you haven't already and also download and run this temp file cleaner:
