My PC reboots whenever I record gameplay

As the title says, my PC reboots anytime I record gameplay/highlights of any game with any software, from Outplayed to nVidia to OBS Studio and Streamlabs OBS. I have no idea why this is happening.
My system:
Ryzen 5 3600
RTX 3070
16 GB RAM
GIGABYTE A520M DS3H
750W Bronze PSU

You have a nice pc, so it shouldn't be that its overloading anything, but it could be an issue with drivers. Make sure all you're pc drivers are up to date and see if that stops the crashing

The Event Viewer on your computer logs errors....there might be a clue in there as to what is going on.

I'd go through the usual suspects...

Update firmware, update drivers, use the video driver uninstall tool, and then reinstall the drivers with the latest one.
Can also be audio drivers and not video ones so, if you are using the onboard audio with external speakers disable the hdmi audio bridge for the video card.
Make sure your audio drivers are up to date and if necessary reinstall.

Definitely check the event viewer and see what shows up there.
