Need a motherboard

Hey Guys plz help me out in finding a Compatible MOTHERBOARD which can be upgraded further
Requirements
I have intel Q6600 Processor Core 2 Quad 2.40 GHz (4 CPUs)( I would like to overclock it)
Navidia 9800GT 1gb
Ram 4GB DDR3

I dnt knw if wifi and blutooth comes inbuilt in motherboad if ys thn also include them.
And also suggest a Compatible SMPS Socket(LGA 775)

I dont hve any board yet. But im thinking of buying a Gigabyte G41MT-S2 motherboard. What U say

Btw, make sure you have a solid power supply. Most psu's that come with a case are garbage.

Nw sugess a raputed PSU for above given requirements.
If I use Gigabyte G41MT motherboard.
And I will also overclock processor RAM and Video Card.
HOW much watt of PSU Would b compatible.

What do you want to do with this computer? Corsair makes very good power supplies.

A 550 watt Corsair should do the job fine.
