Need help finding the right graphics card

hey guys i'm new here and starting to get into computers and i wanted to know some suggestions for a new graphics card for my dell dimension e310. my max price would be $100 and i'm looking for something that can play games like call of duty 4, and 5, and modern warfare maybe, and it doesn't have to be on the highest settings or anything.

An nvidia gt240 1gb ddr3 is under $100 and so is ati 5450. You won't get amazing frame rates for under a hundred though.

sorry i forgot to mention that my motherboard now only has a regular pci slot

You also need to check the size of your power supply and make sure it meets the minimums for whatever card you select.
