Inactive Need help! Had Maljava virus and connection to internet is now painfully slow

Hi

Internet on computer was running painfully slow so I ran a full virus scan and the Maljava Virus came up form the scan. The files were cleaned out and the computer was rebooted and internet was still painfully slow. Doesn't even boot up as it times out. How can I fix that other computer (Dell Dimension 8300 - quite old)? Is it as a result of the Maljava virus? If I have problems connecting to the internet, how can I possibly fix it or is it something else. Subsequent scans have all come-up clean.

Help??

Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.
Attached logs won't be reviewed.
