Need help with bios settings for ecc ram

i have an asus k8v-mx mother board. i picked up some new ram two 1gb ddr pc2100 ecc. i read my manual for my motherboard and says that they are supported. i found out i had to update my bios to run them. i successfully updated my bios and now i need help with the ecc settings in my bios so my cpu will accept the ram. can anybody help me

ECC (error correction code) is not used by most memory these days... memory is non-ECC. Set the memory timings to default
