Need help with Gateway M-150X

I have a Gateway M-150X that came with Vista, I upgraded to Windows 7 and everything was fine until I got the (SECURITY PROTECTION Bug), then the system crashed. I reinstalled Vista, but I really want to restore the factory defaults, I already tried F8 and went to the Advanced Boot Options, there is no (Restore Option) in the list. One gateway site tells me to use ALT + F10 after boot but that dose not work.

Please help
