Network drive

I have a BThub on my home network. I have a memory stick plugged into the USB port on this hub. My question has 2 parts:-
1) I can accesses this drive on my old Windows 10 laptop but on my new Windows 10 laptop "Quick Access" menu I get an error message saying "Windows cannot access //BTHUB5/usb1".
2) How can I get access to this drive on the WWW ?

Should NOT so this! It's a LAN device, not seen on the Wan side of your router.

I think you are asking if I can see the drive on the LAN. The drive is listed on both my laptops but only accessible on the old laptop. Both are running Windows 10. I would like to access this drive on both laptops and if possible the WAN.
