New Lenovo Z580 constantly BSODs - NETIO.SYS

I bought lenovo z580 with core i5 and 1gb gt 630 a week back only and now from past two days its showing constant bsod. and the file for the reason shown is NETIO.SYS.
I have attached the DUMP files along. please check them out and help me. m really worried as it is my first and completely new laptop.
I m running 64 bit win 7 ultimate on this machine
please help...!!!!
