No 5v addresable. Can Akasa AK-RLD-02 substitute?

My MoBO has Aura Sync but no 5v Addressable headers. Can an Akasa AK-RLD-02 act as a substitute for a 5v Addressable headers so I can use Aura Sync?

The headers on the Akasa are 12V, so 5V RGB strips wouldn’t like that so much.
