No signal message

When I boot the pc I get a message saying no signal, my graphics card Is a gts250 and has been working fine for months so what's wrong?

This thread needs closing as I solved the problem. A small cable (i think 6 or 8 pin) wasnt plugged in properly and as soon as I corrected that It successfully booted.
