No signal

I have an Emachine E19T5W computer monitor and a W5233 tower. Recently when trying to turn on the computer it said I had no signal and below that it says R G B each with their respective color. The monitor's blue light turns on however tower's does not. I tried unplugging it , but that didn't work either. If anybody could provide me with any hints as to turning this thing on that would be great
