Norton Antivirus 2011 install & 2010 removal

Installed 2011, removed 2010. System shows 2010 is due to expire in 26 days, need to renew. New version check shows 2011 on and I'm current. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times, problem persists.

You need the norton removal tool to remove norton completely if you just remove as normal it will leave stuff in the registry.
