Go to C:\windows\minidump and select all the .dmp files. Right-click sending these files to a compressed(zipped)folder. Upload this folder as a file here

I also did a chkdsk scan

Okay how about a memory test using Memtest86 v5.01 from here:

Did it it eventually said pass - press esc to exit see some of the images here (I forgot to get a final image.

Memory is good, hard drive has failed the SMART test and will need to be replaced ASAP! Back up your important data!
