How can I turn off the flashing white rectangles in the Windows 11 UI? I see these quite often. I'm not sure what causes these rectangles to flash around UI elements. It's not 24/7 but it's a few times a day. Is it an accessibility feature? How do I turn this off? Please help. Thank You!
