Honestly, I'm pretty surprised that GlobalFoundries still hasn't been able to catch up considering the current environment.

Catch up for what? GF cancelled 7/5/3 nm processes as unprofitable and so far have no public plans to make anything on advanced nodes.

I know that they cancelled their processes as unprofitable but now that prices are all inflated, those process nodes might no longer be unprofitable. That's what I meant when I said "the current environment". I was surprised that GloFo didn't look at the current landscape and reconsider their course of action.

It would take at least several years before GF have anything ready. And since Samsung, TSMC and Intel all are investing heavily, I expect there will be some sort of oversupply in few years.

Obviously a miner never gave any input here, because these has rates and power usage is bad
RTX2070 = 42Mhs - with voltage drop
RTX2070S = 46MHs - with voltage drop
RTX2060 6GB = 34MHs - with voltage drop
Just dont install Nvidia New shirt drivers, stick with 370.xx better

And its not for miners, because I have never paid for a graphics card in 4yrs, when I don't game it mines and my cards pay themselves, so yes its free, already made $1280 on my RTX2070 which I bough in 2019 Sept.

2600 ME: 31.65 MH/s @ 83.44 W

How is the 6600 better than the 2600 ME ?

Sorry but the article is wrong about the 6600 XT it mines at around 28 MH/s on DaggerHashimoto, 16 MH/s on KAWPOW, 60 MH/s on Autolykos and 12 Sol/s on BeamV3. It also consumes around 55W of power.
