Odd website functionality?

  1. I went here http://www.pcflank.com/index.htm clicked on stealthtest & it said "Too many connections".
    so I clicked on browser test & same answer. Is it me or that website??

    Good, thought it was just me. According to http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ its a good website. Just going thru my tech bookmarks to see how many have died over the years .

    What does it mean when a port is stealth?
