Outlook problem

Hello all
My outlook appears to be trying to sen email to several address I don't know some of the email have attachments with the name happy new year ! any ideas I am concerned.

Try to cancel every sending and delete everything.

Also run a decent antivirus/malware etc. ........ cleanout all your mailbox as advised Ultiweap; last improve your pc's security ... !
