Overclocking/upgrading

Hello! I'm looking to push some more frames out of my cpu for gaming, even though I know it's pretty low end & restricted.

Are there any easy tips for keeping this thing cool and performing well or even improving it with some tweaks?
If not, can I upgrade the mobo/cpu in this system? And what would be the best upgrade to see some noticeable performance increase?

Since it’s a laptop, you’re stuck with what you have: upgrading the CPU and motherboard isn’t really possible. Adding more memory might help a little, if it only has 4 GB for example, but the gaming performance will be almost entirely restricted by the integrated GPU and there’s not much you can do about that.
