Paradyne 6212-A2, Port Forwarrd?

Hi,

My computer connect to Paradyne 6212-A2 Modem/Router and I want to port forward of port 3917

Then I allow it with my local ip 192.168.1.4

I save that, then try application using this port it don’t work?
Why? Is there any other configurations I must made like enable “UPnP” knowing that I try it.

Hmmm.. i've never seen this router but try rebooting it? or setup DMZ to point to .4 and try that.. If setting DMZ doesn't work either

1. your ISP is blocking the traffic
2. the router doesn't work
3. the application doesn't detect the port forward correctly.

i reboot many times & i save configuration
& i try set DMZ also to my ip & the router work since i have 2 computer connected to it & both works & i try more than an application i try sites online to check if the Port is Open.
Finally how can i know if my ISP is blocking the traffic?
