PC Doctor for Windows?

I was simply looking thru my C Drive & noticed it so I googled it & amongst the possibilities, I saw this http://www.ehow.com/how_6085761_remove-pc-doctor-windows.html
& am simply wondering if I should remove it or leave it? TIA

Removing PC Doctor is up to you whether or not you want it.

I will say that PC Doctor has always been removed from PC's I owned. I never have thought I needed the application, and don't know anything about it.
