Inactive PC infected? Links take me to http://bts.scour.com/index.html?3, Please Help!!!

Hello,
Recently I downloaded an update from what I assumed was Microsoft. It looked legit at the time. I also had MacAfee running the whole time. However after doing this suddenly some of my icons on my desktop disappeared, and then all of the programs in my start menu were gone. I restarted the laptop in Safe mode and was able to have McAfee clean the drive however, I now notice that when I click links in any of my webbrowsers I have a tendency to be taken to a website such as http://bts.scour.com/index.html?3, which leads me to believe my laptop is still infected. Can anyone assist me?

Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.
