Pc reboots on ups

Hello ive had a PCE ups for 18 months recently whenever the power goes out the ups lasts about 2 minutes and it causes my pc to reeboot... furthemore... when I remove the wall plug of the ups (while the pc is on) and plug it back and the ups switches from backup to normal power my pc reboots.. is it a transfer time problem? Battery? Should I buy a new ups? Note that in normal usage and gaming my pc works fine.. im worried it might be a psu problem

"whenever the power goes out the ups lasts about 2 minutes " - could just be that you need a new battery - check with manufacturer (and eBay, etc for better prices)
