PCB Damaged/Cut Trace?

Hi, repair center tell my PCB was damaged with cut trace which it is CID (Customer Induced Damaged), but I think this is natural phenomena and I shall get my free repair or claim with Warranty, anyone have similar situation here can share with me? please refer attached photo...

What is that scuff mark in the first image? Is that where the cut is? I see where traces have little brown spots but they still look intact. I can't see where the actual cut is.

Yea... the brown spots at trace are the scuff mark, they tell the copper was exposed which is CID. I'm not sure how come the PCB damaged.

You might investigate your alternatives on YouTube..search "repair broken trace".
