Photos/videos weird date

I was looking through my pictures/videos this morning & noticed instead of it showing date & time like it used to, it now shows time 7:44am

Same picture can't have two different times it was taken.

Just a guess could it be, One date and time is when the camera. Shot the pic. The other date is when you uploaded the pic to the computer.

See the top, the pic wasn 't uploaded,it was a screenshot I grabbed from tv when watching tv.

Is the top time. The time that you were on the Ipad.

I don't remember exactly, but it used to show JUST the Month,day & year
& below the time it was taken which is why its weird now. I'm wondering if it has anything to do with the ios update a couple days ago.?

@Cobalt006 , mystery solved. The upper time is the time of day, the lower time is the time it was taken. Thank you for your help. I think I need another cup of C8H10N4O2
