Physical memory dump error blue screen leads to restart

Hi Guys,

I recently changed my system motherboard. After that I am getting physical dump memory blue screen and system gets restarted automatically . System is running on windows 7 OS.

Is this the problem with the motherboard or OS?...

Set the bios to the default settings... Have you installed all the motherboard drivers and are there any yellow exclamation points in the device manager?

I set the bios to default and I checked the drivers in the device manager there is no exclamation showing for any drivers. Problem comes 20-30 mins after the system switched on. Once the problem comes system gets restarted and shows the pop up 'windows has closed because some problem, check the solution online'. Is it because of OS file corrupted?
