its concept of sending someone somethings you dont use anymore. the process of choosing the recipient is upto the giver. it can be anything RAMs,CPU's or GPUs motherboard or anything valuable or invaluable. If its international shipping the cost can be shared or borne by a single individual. The only other rule can be the receiver must also give something away too. Calling on the admins thoughts on this . Its a season of gifts right. I Know It sounds Stupid. But who doesn't love free stuff.
