Pixel shader 3.0

I just got dmc 4 and when i start the game it says that i need pixel shader 3.0. i know that i cant download it because its hardware, but is there any trick to start the game without it??

You will need a better video card. I bet you are using a laptop, or your desktop computer has only on-board video

Do you have an ATI Raedong x300 128mb?
I think that card is too old to support pixel shader 4, and I don't think there is a way to skip it.

Yes you need actual video card, looks like you are using onboard, unless i am wrong and there is a such thing as a ati radeon x300.

Question, what is your Slots, PCI, agp or pcie ?

I've never heard of the ati x300 128mb, so I assumed it's just a really old card, it did sound like an old ati card.

its PCIe card. it has 128mb. i have a lot of drivers for my graphic card. when i install other drivers, my graphics card name is Asus Extreme AX550, ATi Radeon x300/x550, and ATi Radeon x300/x550/x1050. im confused too. And its not onboard card. im sure about that 100%.

but im also sure, whether its x300, x550 and even x1050, u cant play DMC4. u need to upgrade to a better video card if you want to play... so, u need to check your mobo type and psu if you decide to buy a new card...
