Please help removing stubborn virus

I got a virus though a keygen program. I scanned the PC with AVG and it appeared to have removed the files. But when I rescanned AVG found more infected files. When try to quarantine the infected files, it gives me the message "file cannot be found".

Attached is my HJT log.

If anyone could help me with this it would be greatly appreciated.

Woops. I ran AVG again and I think that changed the HJT results. Here's the updated log.

From your description, I judge that AVG handled the infection. HJT does not inform on any infection.
