Please help, very slow computer

My computer has been very slow lately.I think i may be infected.

the reason your computer is running slow is because you have the following anti virus installed. You only need 1 antivirus or it will cause problems

Norton
Avira

Remove one of the apps from above. I would remove norton, download the norton removal tool from the link below

Yeah xxdanielxx is probably right about running two anti-viruses at the same time. Can you please give us your system specs as well.
