Inactive Possible remote access virus?

Hello recently whilst playing games on the gaming platform steam My screens flashes from no signal and the game alt tabs during the time the screen is flashing from nothing to my computer my mouse is moving and doing stuff on steam (Trying to tradeaway my items if you knowwhat I mean by that) Each time this happens I have turned off my pc and it stops it. It only happens after about 30 minutes of playing a game after readingthings on the internet I assumed it would be a remote access virus however I have done multiple scans and they have come up with nothing. Fortunately it isn't doing anything else apart from controlling stuff on steam. If anyone could help identify what this is or give help on removing the virus or whatever it is that would be great.
