Preemptive check with "HijackThis"

Hi guys,
i just run a preemptive "HijackThis" check and got the following file. Is there anything i should be worried off or something unnecessary running in my PC??? When i press CLTR ALT DEL i get 60 processes running...

Hi sakoul,

You have one current problem. Please re-open Hijackthis and click on System Scan Only. Then check off the following:

• O4 - HKLM\..\RunOnce: [Launcher] %WINDIR%\SMINST\launcher.exe

Next, click on Fix Checked and exit out. Then, open it up again and run System Scan Only, then see if the problem I told you about before still consists. Post how it worked.

This is not the correct use of HijackThis. We don't use HJT to screen if that's what you're trying to do. And it won't prevent anything. It is used along with other programs in an attempt to clean malware from a system

If you are having problem on the system that you think may be malware associated, please follow the steps HERE.

Leave ALL of the logs from the programs, describe the problem.
