Problem installing SQL Server 2008

[RESOLVED]Problem installing SQL Server 2008

When I ran the SQL Server 2008 Setup it got me to install the Microsoft Frame Work. I did and restarted the computer. Now when I try to install SQL Server it says I haven't restarted the computer and won't let me install. I've restarted 3x.

Found the problem: the software installed with the Logitech Quickcam somehow screws it up.
