Problem starting

For some reason, I plug in the CPU power cable, and my computer starts, then stops over and over. When I unplug it, it starts perfectly, but I cant see anything on my monitor.

Is there a way I can fix this?

Specs:

Intel Core i5 7500
Gtx 1060
Corsair 16 gb ram 2 x
MSI z370 MB
Rosewill 500w power supply

CPU power cable? If you mean 4-pin power to CPU, then I would try another PSU to see if that solved it.. otherwise, I would like some better detail:
