Solved Problem with AVG not removing unknown rootkit

I go to add remove programs.
1-under java 6 update 24 it has no remove button.
2-under java 6 update 15 it says remove but when I click on this it says fatal error occured during installation, and does not delete it.
3-under java 7 update 7 it says remove but when I click on this it says the same thing, and does not delete it.
4- I also cannot access java tab in control panel, it says the system cannot find the file specified.
5- I have been wanting play minecraft and I cannot because of issues with java. when I click on minecraft.exe it says I need JRE 1.5.0, it takes me to the java website to download java 7 update 7, and when I click to download it says that a version is already on the computer and that it cannot complete download.
6- what do I do with this MBR.dat file on my desktop. I remember you said not to delete it. what to do?

Leave Java alone.

Thank you then for fixing my computer. as far as I see it is better now. If anyone needs help with computer malware and virus', I'll recomend this website and you. I don't have much as money goes but I will gladly donate what I can. thank you again.
